現(xiàn)在板框壓濾機(jī)設(shè)備在工作運行時，都會經(jīng)歷壓緊、進(jìn)料、洗滌或干燥、卸料等四個步驟。簡稱板框壓濾機(jī)工作四部曲。
1.壓緊
板框壓濾機(jī)事先對整機(jī)檢查，包括濾布、電源是否正常，注意要打開排出閥。在按下“啟動”按鈕。這時油泵開始工作，然后活塞推動壓緊板壓緊，當(dāng)慮室的壓力達(dá)到設(shè)計點時，液壓器就會自動暫停工作。當(dāng)隨后的工作中，壓力減小，不能滿足正常工作時，液壓系統(tǒng)會自動開啟。
2.進(jìn)料
當(dāng)板框壓濾機(jī)壓緊后，即可進(jìn)行進(jìn)料操作：開啟進(jìn)料泵，并緩慢開啟進(jìn)料閥門，進(jìn)料壓力逐漸升高至正常壓力。這時觀察板框壓濾機(jī)出液情況和濾板間的滲漏情況，過濾一段時間后板框壓濾機(jī)出液孔出液量逐漸減少，這時說明濾室內(nèi)濾渣正在逐漸充滿，當(dāng)出液口不出液或只有很少量液體時，證明濾室內(nèi)濾渣已經(jīng)完全充滿形成濾餅。如需要對濾餅進(jìn)洗滌或風(fēng)干操作，即可隨后進(jìn)行，如不需要洗滌或風(fēng)干操作即可進(jìn)行卸餅操作。
3.洗滌或風(fēng)干
板框壓濾機(jī)濾餅充滿后，關(guān)停進(jìn)料泵和進(jìn)料閥門。開起洗滌泵或空壓機(jī)，緩慢開啟進(jìn)洗液或進(jìn)風(fēng)閥門，對濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌或風(fēng)干。操作完成后，關(guān)閉洗液泵或空壓機(jī)及其閥門，即可進(jìn)行卸餅操作。
4.卸餅

2. Feeding
When the plate and frame filter press is pressed, the feeding operation can be performed: the feed pump is turned on, and the feed valve is slowly opened, and the feed pressure is gradually increased to the normal pressure. At this time, observe the liquid out of the plate filter press and the leakage between the filter plates. After filtering for a period of time, the liquid output from the filter press of the plate frame filter is gradually reduced. At this time, the filter residue in the filter chamber is gradually filling up. When the liquid port is not discharged or there is only a small amount of liquid, it is proved that the filter residue in the filter chamber is completely filled to form a filter cake. If the filter cake needs to be washed or air-dried, it can be carried out subsequently, and the unloading operation can be carried out without washing or air drying.
3. Wash or air dry
After the plate filter press filter is full, the feed pump and feed valve are closed. Open the washing pump or air compressor, slowly open the washing liquid or air inlet valve, and wash or air dry the filter cake. After the operation is completed, the washing machine or the air compressor and its valves are closed, and the unloading operation can be performed.
4. Unloading cake
This process is to close the feed valve, enter the air duct, and then the plate frame filter press will slowly retract, reduce the pressure on the filter plate, and even take the piston rod back to the appropriate amount of position, take out a piece A filter plate removes the cake from the filter plate. During the removal process, pay attention to the protection of the filter cloth to prevent the filter residue from being caught on the sealing surface to affect the sealing performance and cause leakage.
